4C 74.26 is the largest known radio quasar spanning 1.1 Mpc (projected distance) on the sky. We present new infrared, optical and X-ray data of its southern hotspot complex. These data confirm that 4C 74.26 has a 10 arcsecond offset between the X-ray and radio peak in this hotspot (the largest known to date). They also reveal a wealth of new detail giving us a unique oportunity to probe the hotspot structure and understand the physical processes at work there.
